Silver linings @WonkyWomble ... now reward them with lots of praise so they know they’ve done well ... like at puppy school 😉

    Morning all.
Rain forecast, who'd have thought we'd be looking forward to that?

OK, then confession time, I just got a pack of free bedding plants £11 from B & Q, well, I THINK I have because we couldnt get onto their site to check, we desided we didnt fancy being 55 thounsandth in the queue, just to access our account.  Found they were doing a click n collect Hubby tried for ages to get it done, kept "failing", crashing, compost, and the plants.  Got e mail, saying, they were ready for collection, THEN another saying wait till you hear, got text, e mail phone call, went and collected, the plants the compost wasnt ready.  Then e -mail saying compost was ready, then e -mail, text call saying why hadnt I collected my plants.  Went for the compost, and desided to see if there actually WAS another pack of plants, yes, there was.  I promise you I dont normally do this sort of thing, 3 bottles of wine, I would be straight back in the store.  Firstly, we werent sure if the order had gone thru, no way of checking at present if we have paid for 2 lots, and secondly over the past 8 years, I have had such HUGE problems with B & Q, we bought a large order of laminate, to do the open plan lounge/kitchen, they messed up the order, we waited in several days, for it NOT to turn up, then damaged packs, drill ordered took 3 MONTHS, so I dont feel guilty this time, OH, and we had a decent shower, am soooh excited!!!

    Morning all
Sunny here but I won't tempt fate by bragging.
Nanny, that whole process sounds like a nightmare! I just received  an email from my local small nursery that are doing free local deliveries.  There are lots of little companies trying to survive. If you have one locally it may have a shorter queue on the website and better plants for sure!  :)
Morning Dove, Hosta and Chicky. Have a lovely day folks!
