Long distance hugs from me too @Yviestevie and positive waves.

I have had a quiet day feeling rough with infection and side effects of meds and doing very little.   Rusty the killer spaniel spent nearly all morning in the garden with OH "helping" in the potager while I snuggled on the sofa with our pair.   Loads of cuddles after lunch and then he followed OH round with the mower most of the afternoon and then walkies for an hour so now he's flat out exhausted on the sofa cuddling his toy snake.   A real danger dog.

From me as well @Yviestevie, not what you wanted to hear.

@Hostafan1, that makes much more sense, I've just received another e-voucher for all of a £1, rather a waste of time for all. Perhaps Sainsbury's hope people might forget to use them - being cynical!

Thanks for all your kind thoughts.  It's going to be a very difficult few days.  I'm hoping to get the home arrange a facetime/skype visit for me but it will be dependent on one of the carers using her phone as the home doesn't have the facilities to be able to do it.

    Evening.
Sorry to hear your news @Yviestevie - I do so hope that she will do ok.

We we have a painted Positivity Tree in work and we place a leaf on for each patient we discharge to the ward from critical care. We put another two leaves on today 🍁🍁

Just having some supper now. Hope you are all ok.

Yvie, so sorry about your news. Thinking about her and sending my positive vibes as well, (although they might be a bit weakened by the time they reach all the way over there) 😉.

Our predicted bad weather is getting closer and has already reached Thredbo. We might get the wet stuff. It’s certainly getting cold. Air con is on and we are sitting in the lounge room.

    Best wishes to all.
