    Thank you Marlorena! I will start looking as it would be perfect for my very sunny and (almost always) dry garden 😊👍

    Marlorena it's a dry day here in South Wales so first job get on the ladders and start tying in those floppy shoots on my Rose. When it blooms I will post some pictures , don't have a label for that Rose but It might be the one you said.

    I saw a rose in bloom for the first time this year on my walk today, some kind of orange hybrid tea that hadn't been pruned over the winter. Hoping mine won't be far behind then 🤞🤞🤞 The waiting game!

    In other news the Sulphur Rose arrived today so I can start that experiment.

    Claire Austin order came, and they did do that swap I requested! Very pleased.

    Well packaged and the plants are really good quality and a nice size. There’s only one of the astrantia that looks a bit puny.

    The Brunnera sea heart, heuchera and euphorbia are particularly good!

    @Mr. Vine Eye  could you do a close up of your Achnatherum grass please, because I think they've sent you the wrong one... it seems you may have Anemanthele lessoniana...

    @Mr. Vine Eye
    ...yeah, they've sent you 'Anemanthele lessoniana'... it was probably situated next to the Achnatherum plants in alphabetical order and somebody got them mixed up.... however, the plant you have is an excellent grass so don't be disappointed... it does seed about a bit, but it has great foliage colour...  but you might want to send that picture to Claire Austin and see if she will send you the correct one... you can use my photo below of the true Achnatherum if you want... this is mine today... it should be all green...
    ...as you can see it's quite different..
