@Katsa ...I have Eustacia Vye... you might like this one or Emily Bronte if scent is important to you.. as it is to me and most people I would guess... both are very well scented roses, and should be top of your list for scent... Olivia and Queen of S are only modest in this regard... however, Olivia is worth having for its healthy foliage and freedom of flowering... everyone seems to rave about it.. Queen of S is a very upright rose with the blooms facing upwards... makes a good hedge..
@bradleywood32 Anthracnose or Cercospora, I never know how to tell them apart. They are similar to blackspot but not as severe. I feel they are not worth defoliating the rose and I don't spray. Other people may have a different approach.
This is a miniature climbing rose which I have had for a few years. It has never done as well in the past as it is this year. Sadly I can't remember the name 😕
Thanks for your suggestion @Omori regarding the yellowing of the leaves - the rose is watered with rain water, so that wouldn't be the cause. I will try posting on a different thread.
Silas Marner sitting proudly this morning. Really chuffed with this one - not usually a fan of light pinks but it’s really quite lovely. Should have blooms on Roald Dahl, Lady Emma Hamilton and LD Braithwate by the weekend or early next week
@WorcesterPark, love the colour of Super Trouper, was seriously tempted to get it, but heard the blooms turn brown, so dithered. Can you let me know how it does for you in the hot weather the UK is meant to be having? It would be perfect for my ‘Oranges and Lemons’ bed!
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.
@Nollie thanks so much for your comments re: super trouper. Its definitely Iooking a great colour at the moment but I'll let you know how it does over the summer. Also planning on taking several cuttings (this one would look good as a 3 I think!).

I still only have one flower from 11 rose bushes!
I think I pruned a bit late this year, as the weather was so variable I was nervous!
