@celcius_kkw, cascading would be nice. Sweetpeas are beautiful and lovely fragrance.

@Fire, I did try that and everything else I could think off! Apologies anyway. Thanks @Omori. I had to turn computer off in the end and come down on the laptop. It's still doing silly things on here as well, no idea why.

@newbie77 I agree.. I first encountered a sweet pea bloom and its fragrance in a park in Oslo(!) purely by chance.. I think you and I have something in common with our love for fragrant plants like roses and sweet peas. :)

..I've often looked at Sir John Mills but without buying so far... I shall look forward to the open bloom.. I like those buds, and actually quite enjoy seeing a few aphids.. adds a bit of life..  nice shape to the ovaries and sepals too ...

@Lizzie27 - Good lord Lizzie, how big a space do you need!?

I thought my iPad was broken! 😂

Everyone’s rose are beautiful, but wow, @Lizzie27, looking fabulous! My ipad often puts in too many line spaces, even though I only tap return once, the extra spaces don’t show up until I post.

Thanks Nollie, I do think they look better this year, I have been following Marlorena's advice on looking after them but I also wonder whether the extremely wet weather we had over the winter actually did them good as well, in that there's more moisture further down for them to draw on.

    I’m loving seeing everyone’s roses 🌹
    What rose is this?

It’s called “eye of the tiger”.

it is a very nice bush rose that changes colour as the flowers start to fade
