@evelin I had the same problem with my climbing honeysuckle.  I tried for 5 years moving it to different spots but continually got mildew so I binned it last month.  I did have a bush one years ago that never had any problems.

Well I succumbed to ordering from TcL after days of staring at them in my cart.

Have decided to go for Lady Emma Hamilton, Easy Does It, Yves Piaget and Dioressence (although they have it as Diorescense) and Golden Wings.

@Voyagerxp lovely photos.  How do you find Ballerina.  I was considering this one a while ago.
Its doing ok, its been in the ground since last year. Its not big but give loads of bee loving flowers.

@poppyfield64 I recently started using it, too early to tell for sure but so far things are looking promising. Will be a better test when I start using it from the get go next year.
  • @Voyagerxp thank you for getting back to me.  I don't mind the size but would love something for the bees and this sounds like it might be a good one for that.

@Omori I'm thinking of giving it a go too next spring.  Probably not on all of mine but just the problem ones to see if it helps.  I specifically want to try it on my Graham Thomas that suffers the most with BS but has wonderful blooms.

Hi @Nollie im sorry to hear about your chateau de cheverny rose..it looks unhappy to be sure.
My CM has been bugging me since delivery as it's never been good but I've even written to Harkness about it and have been ignored!
Thanks both @nollie and @edhelka for the diagnosis! Now to try and sort it. 🙏
