I have that one too @Aero84 .. I've got it on an arch.. so far the foliage is perfect too, very dark green and leathery... at first I did not detect much scent, then I started to get some, so I regard that as a bonus..
This is from yesterday in the last of the evening sun, DA rose Corvedale. After flopping completely to the ground in the spring, I pruned it back a bit and it’s now thrown up a ton of vigorous upright growth which you can see in the background, so I’m pleased about that!
Goodness, I slightly worry if people buy roses on my inexpert recommendation in case they turn out awful for them!!
A few emerging from their snooze, showing some signs of rain damage during bud stage. It’s in the low 30s at the moment and pretty humid after all that rain!
Darcy Bussell:
La Rose de Molinard, very slow grower for me but it seems healthy, good glossy foliage and strong, sweet/grapefruit fragrance - if I can get that it must be good!
Soul has put on the most vigorous growth since planting out and getting there gradually on the bloom front - lots of buds but they take ages to get from bud to bloom. Not much fragrance yet but what there is is just, hmm, pleasantly rosy...
First rebloom of Harlow Carr - small and oddly flattened:
Even after only a short acquaintance, this rose promises to be a good doer and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, Stormy Weather:
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.
Thanks @Omori, I’m cautiously optimistic about my new acquisitions, but look upon your and other people’s DA roses with wistful longing... I love your Olivia RA but it would turn pale and splotchy for me, doubtless!

@poppyfield64 I believe your rose is Claire Marshall? A smallish Harkness floribunda.
