  • Yes indeed,  after a period of steady decline in numbers, they have started to climb again round here. I think this will be the pattern from now on.  Hope it's mild and you both recover quickly @Liriodendron.

  • Thanks both.  Temperature and annoying cough but not much else so far - fingers crossed...

  • Oh what a tota PITA @liriodendron ... hope you both recover well and quickly ((hugs))

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

  • Thanks, @Dovefromabove.  It's only three weeks or so since we had our latest Covid jab (no.5) so we were surprised to get it so soon.

No they don’t @nutcutlet, but they do drastically reduce the severity.
How can you lie there and think of England

  • Indeed, @punkdoc.  It's a nuisance to have caught it, but nothing more.

I suspect my husband has it but our test kits have dried up to the extent that three capsules are unlikely to be enough to even dampen the swab. Maybe they were always like that. Why would I  have checked?
Can anyone recommend a reliable brand?
Vaccinated with mild symptoms but don't want to share it.

The ones that seem to be common in pharmacies (sorry, can't remember the name and can't check as I'm in transit. Blue and white packet) are the same brand as we were issued from school when the kids were having to test twice a week. They picked up COVID when various of us had it.

    Edited to add: Flowflex
