I hope you feel better this morning @pansyface
A strong reaction, but (as long you don’t think you have the virus?) your immune system is definitely springing into action. Take care.

Lets hope it was your immunity kicking in Pansyface. Hubby cheered me up no end, I got my letter yesterday, first jab next week. He said I am bound to have a really bad reaction thanks for that!! Never had any problems with the flu vac, sore arm, it was the pneumovax, made me ill ,really swollen arm, cellulitus, ended up on antibiotics.
  • @pansyface I hope you are feeling improved today, best wishes to you 💐
  • That sounds very similar to my son's experience last weekend @pansyface ... he had his jab on Friday and was poorly over the weekend and on Monday still felt 'heavy limbed' as if he'd had flu ... but was fine by Wednesday.  Hope you're feeling better soon.  Son was told the reaction may indicate that he'd had Covid previously (he thought he had) so the first vaccine was triggering a reaction as if it was the second.   Do hope you're feeling better very soon.  Son said the nausea and the shivering shaking were the worst bit.

  • Our younger daughter, & most of her staff all had similar experiences.  I think you will be fine soon but it is worth reporting this to your doctor. Also the Zoe tracker app people are recording all this. Well worth doing this  as a lot of useful information is being collected by them. Joinzoe.com

Been waiting with bated breath for my call to 'arms' (sorry) but not so eager now.  Hope you feel better soon @pansyface , you know what they say "No pain, no gain" who are these miserable people anyway?

Imagine we have all developed a degree of stoicism over the last year, sounds like we might need it.
