I just saw that GW was back and I did have a sudden moment of "oh, thank god". Hosta might slag off Monty and the dogs but I can't think of anywhere I'd rather be right now than Long Meadow. So thanks to all that team for continuing to produce it, despite the odds.
No SM deliveries here so I shall continue to go out once a week to buy fresh fruit and veg and other essentials to us - cat food, dog food, personal hygiene. Not stock-piling basics as supplies are steady and I have to go out for veg anyway. I have to go alone too.
OH's only outings are daily walkies with the dogs.

I need a bit of help and perhaps some sensible advice. Or where to get it from.
I have been battling a severe chest infection for the past 4 weeks. Saw doctor on day 3 who gave me antibs & steroids. because my breathing was bad. Have since had 2 telephone consults, first one agreed it was a chest infection, more antib & steroids, second tele consult yesterday said I was now in the Corvid-19 box even though I have had no fever (all the other symptoms though). More antibs and steroids, breathing still bad although a fraction better. I live on my own with no family.
I have trawled the net yesterday looking for advice on how best to look after myself. All the advice is on how to self-isolate - none on what actually to do if you have been diagnosed. Would steam inhalations help my breathing, should I be taking it easy, what should I be doing to help myself?
Has anyone got any advice? or can point me in the right direction?

Thank you @Obelixx . I had read that (missed the steam bit as my cough has gone) but will start that to see if it helps with my breathing. It really only seems to be saying that it will just take it's own time to clear and not much I can do to help it on it's way.
