@Bizzie-Lizzie , @chicky, thanks so much for posting those photos, they have cheered me up.
Little did l know when l visited Batsford back in February that it would be our last garden visit for the forseeable future. I'm just so glad we went !
Hopefully as more gardens open up there will be even more lovely photos to look at  :)

The forum switches some pics side wards when I resize them - you’ll have to crick your necks 🤣

Also visited a Yellow Book garden on Sunday - Norney Wood in Shackleford - very Gertrude Jekyll-esque - the roses smelt amazing

Lovely photos, I haven’t been to Kew for over 40 years.
Heligan and Eden project are open for outdoors only but you have to book so not many people there at a time.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

  • Hyde hall looking gorgeous @Busy-Lizzie - RHS Wisley looked wonderful last week, especially the south African borders that must have been loving the hot sunny weather.I personally thought that the planting was very inspiring, especially since we are set to get hotter and hotter and drier and drier periods in the UK.

    :)

I’m glad I posted those photos because now the computer has crashed so I’ve only got OH’s little iPad.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Lovely garden pics, thanks @Busy-Lizzie - and @chicky, happy memories of visiting Wisley with you and other Forum members last summer...   :)
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
