Morning- only tea available here too ☕️

Going on a day out today to Kingston Lacey - snowdrop peeping.  Would normally be a bit early for that sort of thing, but this year we might just get away with it 🤞🏻

No it’s not ... he doesn’t like wasting painting time by sleeping 🎨

That sounds good @chicky apart from the lack of coffee.

Clear skies and sunshine here this morning.   That should help reduce a bit of the squelching outside.

How are you today @Pat E

Hi everyone. Watching Michael Portillo telling us about Australia 😂.
last week we had Griff telling as well. 🙄
ive given Julia a miss. You can only take so much. Oh, also Tony Robinson, I think he should  have stuck to archaeology, myself.

Anyway, the smoke has eased today because there is not much wind. Hope it keeps up. Cooler day as well. Would you believe they had snow in Hobart!  Crazy country.

Taking it easy. Still got the car packed in case we have to evacuate, but fingers crossed

    Hi all

Howling gale overnight, thought the roof might blow off, it hasn't.
Hope things are getting better, @Pat E
Need to work out what to write in a condolence card for my friends partner.

Hugs to @Pat E and Hub
@punkdoc, just write what comes to mind when you think about him. I'm sure his partner will be comforted by whatever you write

I hope you have a lovely day @chicky and that loads of snowdrops are out. There are lots in my garden.

I have mucked out the horse shelter and we've had a bit of a clear out in the garage. Been to the tip with a car and trailer full of rubbish.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
