    Evening all.
A busy couple of days in the tunnel, hiding from the hideous weather. Waterlilies all sorted, potted on and some discarded but I still have 202 in there !!
    Devon.
  • 202 🤯 @Hostafan1 that’s just silly 😜

Not a one here Hosta, altho last summer the pond did not dry out completely so if it does the same this year I may be tempted to try one.

Got back from Devon with daughter this evening after a horrible journey down yesterday on the M5, rain all the way. At her house discovered central heating had packed up, pipes under the bath had leaked, leading to water stains on kitchen ceiling and driving rain/leaky gutters? had soaked through the granite front wall! What joy!
It was absolutely freezing overnight, had to resort to hotwater bottles plus layers & layers of bedclothes. Saw landlady today who will get everything fixed, left the cat with a lovely neighbour to look after and hightailed it back home for some warmth. Going to bed soon as I'm shattered, not used to motorway driving in the rush hour and in the dark any more.

  • Oh @Lizzie27 ... both of you snuggle up warm and cosy tonight and sleep tight.

    Goodnight all 😴

That sounds quite an ordeal @Lizzie27 I hope you sleep well.

I'm tired, digging mature roses out of pots was heavy and I did weeding and mucking out the field shelter too so back aches.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
