    morning @Dovefromabove.
Hideous out there . Blowing a gale, as usual and raining too.
My neighbour was supposed to be coming over to reorganise the horse poo stack. Not sure if that's going to happen.

Its not very nice out here either! Very gusty, overcast and I haven't tried the temp yet, putting layers on as I know I will be on my hands and knees in somebody's garden in an hour! Second coffee first! Sounds like you have a fun day ahead Hosta!

Good morning.  9 hours' sleep here which is a surprise as I felt a bit dozy after lunch yesterday and woke up 3 hours later.

It's supposed to be 10C and sunny with cloudy bits but we've only got cloud and it seems very still.   Worktop varnishing for me I think and maybe outdoors this pm while it dries.

I do hope all the wet and windy stuff passes over without further damage but it does look as tho March will carry on in a similar unsettled pattern.   Fingers crossed.

    Morning all.
Big frost and -4° this morning but the sun is shining and it's starting to warm up.
    More gardening today.

    Morning.
Hopes of doing some gardening dashed for another weekend though - it’s either too windy, too rainy or both. I hope it bucks-up soon as I have the first week of March off.

Hope all are well. Enjoy the weekend.

Due to cancelled holiday, I've got 4 weeks off work . I'm so inspired by the weather , I've decided to go in to work on 2 of the Sundays .

Hi everyone,  How come the holiday was cancelled Hosta, not been around for a while so I must have missed it.  Have been out for another couple of hours in the garden tidying up the perennials, cutting the dead leaves off the hellibores.  Noticed quite a lot of last yeaars leaves left on the roses despite the windy days so have removed those to fend off blackspot.  Still loads to do, it seems to be taking me forever this year to get the garden shipshape.

I'll be sowing more seeds this afternoon after a rest and a cuppa.  Hope everyone is OK.
