Sweet dreams @Pat E.   Since the first 2 injections there has been a considerable improvement in pain levels, stiffness and limping so yes, there will be Latin and ballroom dancing in the near future tho I will keep the knee brace handy just in case.   Looking forward to walkies too as a more effective method of converting blob back to muscle.

It's miserable out there now with drismal having become steady rain.   Been watching news reports on Oz fires and really wish they could have some rain.  A fellow mosaic lady has spent the hols in Kenya and says it was a mud bath so there is definitely something wrong with weather patterns.

It will be lovely when it's done, @chicky worth the mud now.

OH is now or soon will be on a train in England. I hope I will be on Thursday.

Evening everyone. A smattering of ailments still around then? My cold is just about gone - just an annoying froggy throat.
Just deciding what to cook-up for some supper... not much in the fridge so it may be eclectic!

We're back home, feeling rather tired with all the travelling over the last 3 days. It was good to see a lot of my cousins at the funeral.  I thought a pair of my aunt's high heeled dancing shoes on top of her coffin with the flowers was a nice thought as she and her husband loved dancing at the Tower Ballroom Blackpool.
We have decided to have a big family party next May. At the last big one quite a few years ago now, there were over a 100 of us ( I have at least 27 1st cousins!), and there's probably more around now. Lots to organize.

So glad @Pat E that you are both safe and the house ok.

@Hostafan1 , have you tried a warm salt mouth wash? Very good for sore mouths and sore throats I find.

@Obelixx, it's good to hear the knee injections seem to be working, I must tell my sister as she's been in agony over the weekend with hers. They won't operate as she is apparently too young at nearly 62. I think that's just a cash saving excuse myself.

@Lizzie - old view is that new knees only last 10 to 15 years.  New news is that they can now be made to measure instead of just small, medium or large, so fit properly and the technology is better so they last longer.   I was also told I was too young so am grateful the injections of hyaluronic acid have eased things.   Get your sister to ask about them.

I recommend some Benzocaine dental gel @Hostafan1, plus anti-inflammatories if you can take them. Can you get to a pharmacy?

Hope teeth, knees, coughs and other aches, pains, cares and worries ease and allow a restful night for everyone.

    Sweet dreams all 😴

Haven't had a restful night, been in Casualty in France for hours and hours with a friend whose pacemaker went a bit funny. Now going to bed, 4.30am.
