  • Happy new year one & all. We were at no1 sd's for their (now) traditional new year bash, so a late start for us today. We went for a walk up the farm again but it was grey & damp in the air so an afternoon browsing one of my Christmas books, the Haynes Manual on Trees.
Hope all the trials & tribulations  of the last decade can be consigned to history.

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
    Happy new year @LG_ , @Allotment Boy  and anyone/everyone else I’ve missed out 🥳
Wonder how Mr & Mrs @Pat E are doing ((hugs))
My OH now seems to have the snotty head part of the lurgy ... trust him to do it differently to everyone else 😆

    Morning all.
Sunny here so I'll get some more logs in under the stairs later. First we are going to Leclerc, run out of butter, flour and bread and I need a new deodorant. The one I just bought has jammed. Luckily I have a travel one.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Good morning all.
I didn't get to sleep until after 6am so feeling very grumpy.
I kept dipping in last night to see if @Pat E was around.

A sorry we missed our little chat Hosta. I looked in a couple of times myself but there was no one there😳

the smoke haze just will not go away, so I was a bit short of breath this morning. The air con sorted it out for me though.

Lousy weather conditions all over our region.

In bed now though, so having a early night.  Hi to everyone else.
