We have spent ALL afternoon trying to sort out an annual travel insurance policy.

We are both intelligent, (reasonably!) healthy individuals under the age of 70. We want winter sports cover and to be able to do a little cycle touring in Europe. It should be straight forward but the small print, contradictory statements and unclear wording in the policy booklets is quite simply ridiculous. Trying to do a meaningful compare and contrast between companies is nigh on impossible.🤬

    IV infusion of gin needed....

Thanks for the kind wishes everyone!

We're about 95% sure he's my father, although I'll be devastated if Charlie's my half brother not full brother- the reason we're so close is we're the only full siblings out of all the kids, allegedly anyway!

Two staff members from the children's home dropped by earlier with ready meals, pizza, biscuits and hugs and well wishes - it was lovely to see them!

Good luck with DNA results Chey hope it goes the way you are hoping it will. Sorry to hear about all your coughs and colds get well soon.
Had a very lazy New Years Day. The party was amazing so much fun and to top it off my “hubby” asked me to marry him! We have been together for 10 years and we have always said we don’t need to be married but I was absolutely delighted when he asked me and said yes straight away! Going to pick a ring next week, I don’t like expensive jewellery so just looking for something pretty. 2020 is going well so far!

    Evening all.
Two busy days are behind me and I have a few more. You can guess, Italians, of course. Tomorrow I have three groups in a row.
Last two day are simply beautiful, almost like late spring. I managed do some small things in the garden yesterday afternoon. Some of you started to remove decorations, but we keep them here till Three kings. So, four more days to enjoy in them.
I'm ashamed because I read your post superficial so didn't catch all.
Harry Potter marathon will start in a few minutes so I'll be in front of tv. Just hope so that I'll not fall asleep immediately.
