We've received your parcel
I would just like to point out that the '16:08 - Mon 11 Nov' message wasn't even on the tracking site this morning and as they have already processed this parcel why does it have to be processed again? Mind you, I'm not altogether certain what 'processing' involves. You just have to laugh don't you!
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
Hello everyone. I have exactly the same weather like you. High wind and heavy rain since last night. I feel myself like sparrow on LB's photo. It's nice to stay inside but I have one more job to do outside. Now I have warm cup of tea and short rest with book.
LB your saga with Hermes continue. Sorry to hear that.
Chive it's nice that you have little helper for car cleaning. I like wash exterior but hate to clean inside.
PF pity for your terracotta pot. They are quite expensive here also.
Last night's wind must have been quite strong. I've picked up lots of small broken branches. Minor problem when compared to Australian fires and the flooding down south. Off for weekly natter round the corner.
Will LB's parcel have been delivered by the time I return?
Answer to you last question Joyce - no it won't. I have a sneaking suspicion that it will be tomorrow. The wind here has been very challenging and it shows no sign of letting up. It must be nightmarish in Australia. Most of us here are very lucky we don't have to contend with serious fires.

Topbird it's it's iood that you're recovered. Quite a windy day and wet. I had to hold onto my hood. Chive Henry is very useful. Joyce hope your plant is okay after the wind. Lily I'm glad you're feeling better. LB it's good you've completed the cardigan I'm sure it looks lovely and will look lovely on the new baby.
Ante, you make sure that you are wrapped up nice and warm and get those saplings in. You will be very happy when the job is done and you can hug a mug to thaw your hands out. Just be glad it isn't the 60 hazel saplings
Chive my brother and his wife live in Perth on the west side. My niece and her husband live in Melbourne and I think they are safe there. My nephew is stationed near Darwin. He is a paramedic in the army so may be on standby.
PF - sounds like a bit of a twonk to me, unless he was made late at another job. Lets hope that he doesn't get blown off his ladder on Friday. If I were you, I'd stay well away so that you cannot see what is going on.

Must go to dress up and go out, and I really don't want.
Chive, I'll deal with plums at Thursday, this evening I had some other obligation.
Lb I'm glad that your family is safe in Australia. It's horrible just to watch news from there.
