  • Thank you everyone. OH had a long sleep this morning and went to bed again a couple of hours ago. I've had a lazy day, apart from walking to the village shops for more milk.  I've been nodding off on the sofa this last hour, so I'm now going to bed to try and get a full nights sleep. I'm exhausted, but didn't dare have a sleep this afternoon in case I couldn't sleep again tonight.
Such a pretty little jacket LB, love the pattern. Hope you find the buttons soon.

Night night everyone, hope you all sleep well. Sweet dreams  xx

Morning PF. Is LC getting bolder? I hope that SGL has had a decent night's sleep and that those with the sniffles are recovering well. The weather is VILE here and thoughts go out to the people in the flooded areas. They could do without any more rain. I'm hoping my roof tiles stay put.

Oh what a shame PF. I hate when that happens as large terracotta pots are so expensive to replace. I do hope the bottle brush is undamaged.

Good morning everyone . Pansy little cat seems to want to make friends. Hope that Elsa wants to make friends with little cat soon. LB rain is running down the outside of one of our drain pipes ,it must be blocked again. Those poor people in the flood areas .

This high wind is whipping all the remaining leaves from most of the trees - some are still resisting. Looking across the road from here they look positively bald.

  • Morning all 🤗  Thank you, yes
I had a good night's sleep last night, slept right through till 6.50........feel so much better this morning. OH slept better too, but still feels a little off colour. He's going to have another restful day.
I've got some cloth things to put in the spinning thing and the sun is out so may be able to hang them outside.
Have a good day whatever you're doing, take care.
RB hope all is well, thinking of you xx
Debs hope you and your OH have a restful break, take care xx

After a serious hunt I found a container full of buttons - not the ones I was looking for, they are still 'lost' so baby cardi is now complete.
Good to hear that you and your OH had a decent sleep SGL. It is too cold here to do anything outside. The Lily's TV stuff from yesterday all sorted on the radiators last night.

    Morning all.
A wet and windy night.  I can see one potted shrub has been blown over but I'm not going out to pick it up just now.  Ground is thick with wet leaves and larch needles.....they drive me mad.

Pleased you had a better night SGL.
LB, you will now find the buttons intended for the baby jacket.
