Morning. I’ll have one of those ☕️ please @Dovefromabove - struggling to get going this morning.
So pleased I can control my heating from my phone- our original box was NASA-inspired too!
When you are looking in @Hostafan1 - there’s a big Welsh cwtch/hug for you both if you need it.
    Take care today folks.
My garden and I live in South Wales.
  • Good morning @AuntyRach 😊  help yourself ...  I’m ready for my second one ...

  • Hope the fog doesn’t affect @Busy-Lizzie ‘s flight today ... I think it’s worse up here rather than down near Stansted so 🤞 it should be ok. ✈️

    Morning all.
    Thanks Dove.
Still waiting for the hay, he couldn't come yesterday, said he'd be here 20 mins ago.
Tipped with rain again in the night, thunderstorms forecast this afternoon but at least the wind has dropped.
The French CH instructions and timer are much more complicated than the Norfolk one, but it's a bigger boiler.

Hugs and positive thoughts for the Hostas 🤗🤗

Housebound today as waiting for a delivery of the “resevoir” for the new GH .....its going to have an underground tank for storing rainwater that the bulider needs to incorporate into the foundations 🌧🌧🌧. A good day for pudding steaming, and a bit of computer admin.

    Bonvoyage @Busy-Lizzie ✈️

Morning all/afties Pat - glad you've had a bit of rain.
I'm a bit behind today - like the coo's tail, but big fairy hugs  for the Hostas from me too xxx
I wondered if you were a bit fog bound @Dovefromabove. Saw the forecast. Hope it's ok for you tomorrow then @Busy-Lizzie - or are you still coming today?
All getting closer now @chicky :)
My thermostat for the heating is nice and easy to adjust. One of the mobile kind, and just a case of pressing a few buttons. You're very modern @AuntyRach
Dry here - thankfully. Better go and put the soaked mealworms out now.
As long as I remember which container is which and I don't put a teabag in that one...
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

CH done and all is well but my goodness it's got a faffy control system.  It can be off, clock controlled, sun temp controlled, moon temp controlled or just hot water.   Our sun is set to 20C and our moon to 6C.  Fine so far but clock controlled has a setting for each day of the week on a dial with two hour slots per day and teeny letters.  Needed my sewing glasses to see those!  Sorted now.

    Sunshine now.   Very cheery.

Hope all is clear for your flight @Busy-Lizzie.   Good idea to have that reservoir @Chicky.

Perhaps I need one too.  Reading glasses just don't work for the boiler controls.
