Not very good picture of Honey Badger, but they are quite elusive.
Is that the best picture you've got ?

Was that when you were away @punkdoc? I can't remember you posting those before. Lovely to see them in the fleshĀ  :)
Meant to say - you'll need to take your waders with you when you go out now!
Hope the garden recovers too. You could do with a wee dry spell.Ā
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

May not have posted those @Fairygirl. On safari I take so many photos, because there is just so much to see, that I tend to be a bit wary of showing off, when I come home.
Looking through my files just now, I took nearly 1000 photos in 10 days. If I am truly honest 500 were probably terrible.

Ā given how elusive they are, they're great photos.
We visited Ranthambore in India, hoping to see at least one tiger, but with no luck.

Love that photo @punkdoc ... love the foliage in the foreground ... the other pics are great but the first is quite magical ..., I’ve always thought Honey Badgers look extremely scary 😧

Thanks for posting those photos Punkdoc, I’ve only ever seen them in captivity there was a small wildlife park in Kent we used to visit often, they had a beautiful natural enclosed for them.Ā

Absolutely @Hostafan1.That second pic is great.
I think you have to take as many as possible under the circumstances. Not so easy to nip back and do it againĀ  ;)
It highlights just how patient wildlife cameramen/women are too. The hours they spend, in all weather, conditions and temps. I couldn't do it to save my life.Ā
