Morning all.  🙄 is the nearest I can find to a big sigh.

Flu jab for me this morning - never had one before so hope it doesn’t induce a mini dose of the flu (thats what happened to MrC, but only thefirst time he had it).  Then I am off to wander round Ramster garden ....a woodland garden near us.  Its never been open in Autumn before, so I thought I’d go for a look see.  Last dry day here for the forseeable, if the forecast is to be believed.

was expecting to be stiff and sore after my gym class exertions yesterday......but it hasn’t caught up with me yet 🙅🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️🕺🧘🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️

Enjoy your wander @chicky. A good way to ease up all the muscles too  ;)
I think my wandering today will be limited. it would help if I could see beyond the end of the road though  :D

    Hi all
Beautiful weather here, but last 2 days of Canna and Dahlia digging have poleaxed me, so may have a break today.
Glad to see you are taking full advantage of your retirement @chicky

Have you a lot more to do @punkdoc? It's hard work digging stuff up.
Thanks @Dovefromabove - I'll try and return the favour at some point  ;)
Take it easy at the tennis....

Our forecast has sunshine with partial cloud.  We have total cloud cover  so the tops of trees are not all visible and ground visibility down to a few hundred metres but it is warm.  Supposed to be wet later.

Hope you've taken a paracetamol @Chicky.  If not take one when you get home as it helps reduce reactions.  Hope we get some pics from your visit.

I make a 10" square cake @Fairygirl guided by Delia's Creole cake so no nasty icings.  It is packed with fruit soaked in booze and just enough flour, butter, sugar and eggs to hold it all together.   Makes a great "energy bar" for winter gardening.   You should try it for your hills.

Good idea to flag that spoiler post and yes, a name was mentioned.  Very unkind to fans.   Didn't see Autumn Watch.   Got irritated with it last year.   Too much hype and messing about which the subject matter doesn't need.  It's interesting enough on its own without the gimmicky stuff.

    Morning all.
Grey and miserable here this morning. Given that that we have not one, but two hospital appointments to day, it matches my mood perfectly.
