    Dangerous game tennis, OH referred to eye clinic at Royal Surrey Hospital by optician this morning. Luckily there was a cancellation so we went up this afternoon. No serious lasting damage thankfully but a return visit on Friday to follow up. Worst thing is she has been told no physical activity which raises heart rate and therefore eye pressure for a few weeks. Better get the big jigsaws out  ;)

    Back in France, flight was 1 1/2 hours late.

    Garden looks as though it has been very hot and sunny. Pond and pool have lost quite a bit of water.

    @steephill what a horrid thing to happen, but I'm glad there won't be lasting damage. Scary though.

    Torrential rain here ☔️☔️☔️.  Heading into the office today  ......which means battling with the traffic 🚗🚗🚗.  That’s one bit of this job that I’m not going to miss 🙄
