Duvet corner soaked over night. Looks ok. Gently
rinsed and over hopefully drying today
We should call this hazardous house, Beware!      Talla been very unwell overnight and I have, never in 11 years seen her refuse food.  In view of her recent major op we are off to the vet.
jusr adds to my experience of medical care.  Maybe I should start a scoring of animals/ vets.  Humans/ medics. Must admit this girl on the phone sounded 10,! Probably a wee lass on a summer placement.  Still it’s usually good to start the day with good morning!

I'm keen to rescue the grasshopper as it'll starve if it's indoors . :'(
We've got light rain and a max of 17C today. Where's me woolly pully?
What could you put out for him to eat? Is that even possible....
A nice cosy fleece is what you need, but maybe not stylish enough for a man of you prominent stature  ;)

Thanks fairy, nice story. Shame I will never reach 282, but for a southern softie i suppose 127 is not too bad.

Highly respectable @punkdoc - and less of the southern softie. I know only too well what's involved  ;)
I won't do them all either. If I could have started at steephill's tender years, I might be at about double my total by now, and it would be feasible. I accept it though, and just want to be able to continue doing as many as possible, and most importantly, enjoying it  :)

Good luck with the vet @Lily Pilly. I didn't see your earlier post. Glad the duvet seems fine  ;)

it is said that "nature abhors a vacuum": after yesterday's dead sparrowhawk on the grass,  another has just appeared by the feeders.
