Is there anywhere in Britain that isn't under a flight path?

It has been much praised on the forum before - but still - if anyone is struggling with sleep, outside noise, tinnitus etc it's well worth trying 'brown noise'. Smoother and calmer than 'white noise' some people find it incredibly soothing. The fan I was using covered outside noise in the summer. I am back to 'brown sound' for the winter. So helpful. *

*I use Adblocker for everything online so never see adverts. It's worth either using Adblocker (it's free) or checking if sleep sound videos have ads on before using them to rest, otherwise you could have a nasty shock when ads come on.

"SleepPhone" are wireless Bluetooth headphones designed for sleeping. They are speakers set into a rechargable headband that sit over your ears. I haven't used them, but could be great to block out the above, snoring, neighbour noise etc. Also perhaps better for people who don't like the feeling of earplugs in their ears. A wired version is also available.
