Hosta, so happy your girl has a supportive young man. It makes all the difference to how our girls bloom doesn't it! Can't believe what a strong and supportive couple we married off yesterday, really do very happy for them!

I'm sorry @Raisingirl. It's always hard losing a pet. Like family.
@WonkyWomble - glad the wedding went well. Good luck to the happy couple and all who care for them.
@Hostafan1 - I can just imagine. Namur is only 50,000 or so but so very busy compared to home. Haven't been to London for 3 years and it's a whole other planet. Great to see your daughters happy.
Last day in Namur for this visit. Cleaning, tidying, packing today and dinner at an old friend's this evening then we hit the road tomorrow. I love going home even more than going on adventures these days. Lavenders and agapanthus have had a good soak and drain to get them ready for the journey.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

Not me Hosta...I just received a gloating text from Dove saying that they were awake and they doubted me and hubby were....so as I'm up, on my second coffee, showered and dressed I rubbed it in by knocking on their room as I went down to the car! 😉👍😂
Glad @Hostafan1, @Dovefromabove and @WonkyWomble are having a wonderful time. I am already ensconced on the sofa, for a hard day of cricket watching, probably won't move till it is over.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
I've been clearing out the passageway behind the kitchen, about 12 years worth of stuff and junk and homeless objects in there. Found a big sack of paddock grass seed half used and a large box of stale walnuts. Now I now why heard what could have been a mouse in there a couple of nights ago! Haven't finished yet, tea break.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
