@Rubytoo I hate that horrible synthetic taste in those tubs of coleslaw. 🤢
Must be different from the ones I buy it tastes fine to me. Nothing synthetic at all, fresh ingredients but in a little tub. Hey ho. I am sure all the wasted you do not eat from a prepared bowlful goes onto your compost heap Dove Or does coleslaw freeze. Hhmm that might be an idea. It is a bit of conundrum. Home made is nice but cannot be bottomed. And an awful waste not to eat it.
I think I will stick with less waste as such. Not to be rude Dove just a different opinion....and Curmudgeonly. I can also recycle our carton LOL (Laugh out loud and not lots of love.)
But not curmudgeonly enough.
I actually like Trump the whole thing is hilarious. They all swap around after a couple of years anyway .
But as I am supposed to be curmudgeonly. Don't like his orangey-ness. Boris is also rather amusing, but a bit blonde.... is that curmudgeonly or politically incorrect.
Too right. My red cabbage salads easily last a week in the fridge, if they don't get eaten first. Have some every day when I've made one.
38C in the shade today which is fine but no breeze so not so good. I have done very little other than make salad for lunch, pasta for dinner and read in between. The birds don't seem to mind the heat and, in between feeds, have had a fine time having dust baths in my new rose bed and fossick about for insects and grubs.
I seem to remember Pritti losing her last post in government for irregular behaviour.

It seems very odd to have an MP and cabinet member from the sub-continent, who is clearly a fascist [ sorry to use such language, but if the cap fits ]
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Everything inside the house is warm: metal, glass -even the walls. I'm sure it's worse outside. I haven't ventured out. I wish I had a chest freezer to climb into.

Well, so does plain water or a dry cloth.
