Mile-a-minute clambering over the tops of the trees -big trees. It's only 3 gardens away nowđŸ˜±Â
Haven't a clue where it started. Probably 3 streets away.

Just had a Windows 10 update on my pc. And now my speakers don't work!! After hours of trawling the web and trying things over and over again, now find out it is a known Microsoft problem. No patches in the pipeline for it. Just to warn you all when/if you update to the 1903 update and your pc uses Realtek audio.
Have eventually managed to get a Bluetooth speaker working but not the same! The joys...

My favourite was the one that stopped my Outlook working.  Pretty amazing when their OS update knackers their own email management system and no fixes available except from the wider community.  Clever.

I was going into town this morning and saw an HGV waiting to come through towards me.  There were cars parked on his side, so I slowed and flashed him to come.  As I slowed, the muppet behind me put their foot down, pulled out and headed straight for the rapidly diminishing gap - followed by 2 or 3 other cars.  Note that I hadn't stopped, just slowed down at this point.  At least the lorry driver gave them the finger and I got a shake of the head and a thumbs up.

I was driving my Waitrose van yesterday and met a bus coming the other way on a single track road.
I went into reverse and the little car behind started to move backwards. The bus nudged forward as we were reversing until 2 cars came up behind the car behind me and just stopped. They could clearly see what was ahead but just sat there.(My guess is grockles, locals would have just reversed.)
I pulled up alongside the bus and we laughed at the uselessness of the drivers behind me . I told him if he moved forward by about a metre, I ought to be able to squeeze between him and the wall on my side.
As I was passing the back of his bus, I saw his reversing lights come on and the buzzer sound. I had about 2inches to spare. I have no idea why he started moving but I just got past .

I get it all the time during the school run down the road. I stop at a gap to let cars through as there's nowhere for me to go and the dullards in the cars behind assume I'm dropping kids off, beep me for stopping in the middle of the road then drive past shaking their heads and cause a traffic jam in front of me. I'm not sure half the people around here are bright enough to be allowed to drive.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

I’m a very placid driver, I will always reverse for others, seems I’m the only one that can reverse on the wing mirrors and it’s painful to watch some people screwing their heads this way and that trying to go backwards,.....but... if anyone was to beep me or say something nasty, I would have them out the car if they pursued it! I am not tolerant of that.
Maybe they don’t need to reverse in the cities and towns.

Maybe they think they're far too important to give way to someone else??

I don’t think so, I think they just can’t do it.
The worse thing is the ones with the bloody great 4 wheel drive who are frightened to get close to verge in case they get mud on the wheels.
