@Hostafan1, we love it, when on the rare occasions we watch a celebratory show, we can't recognise a single person. A sign you are doing something right, I think.
    👍

@Hostafan1 do you take the RHS mag The Garden?  Big feature on agapanthus trial.

there were some girls on it last week ( perhaps a band? ) and one had so much stuff pumped into her lips it looked like the Michelin man's backside.

My sister always helps at Glastonbury, looks after lost children.

SIL and BIL arriving this afternoon. Did their room, did a load of washing, went to local nursery and bought 2 plants for shade, went to local pub for a cider, car said 31°. There is a nice breeze though.

    Morning all.
Overcast here and cool. Can I swap with someone else's hot sunshine please?

    Good morning all  :) ☕️
We spent yesterday evening sitting out in the garden watching moths and frogs etc and smelling the honeysuckle 😊
We’ve got a breeze here now @Hostafan1 ... blue sky, bright sunshine and about 18C so far.

Well I nearly melted in the midst of David Austin’s amazing rose garden yesterday ......but if I had done, I can’t think of a better place to end 🥵🌹 Absolutely stunning.  Pics will be added to the garden visits thread later, but montage below

We also went to the confetti flower fields - also stunning.  But we were slightly perturbed by the complete absense of bees, butterflies or any other buzzy thing ......do insects not like larkspur, or do you think deterrents were in action?  Made it feel very sterile 😳😕

Lovely evening last night with lots of laughs

Hodnett Hall and Wollerton Old Hall today - the temperature has dropped a welcome 10 degrees overnight, so hope today is more comfortable 😎

Sounds wonderful @chicky but I would definitely have melted 😓 interesting about the larkspur ... will have to keep my eye open for bees visiting them when I see some.
Have a lovely day today ... should be a little cooler 😎
