Morning all 😀 from soggy surrey 😜

Aches and pains from the weekend’s exertions have disappeared, so I am back to skipping around like a spring lamb 😉

Meeting up with old friends tonight .....could be a late one.  Don’t think I’ll be first on tomorrow 😴

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
My goodness the gods were noisy moving that furniture around ... think that at one stage they actually pushed the wardrobe over the landing banisters down onto the hall floor ... it landed with one heck of a crash ⛈ 😂 Eventually the noise stopped and I got back to sleep ....
The morning is overcast and mild ... the blackbirds are singing ...

    Morning all .
Unfortunately no thunderstorms here: just drizzle.
Hair cut this morning then hoping the drizzle lets up so we can go to Rosemoor.
    Devon.

    Morning peeps.
I haven’t watched last night’s The Planets yet, so no spoilers punk! There must be life...somewhere.
Looks grey out there this morning - thunder storms forecast for much of the country, but probably not here.
Have a good day one and all.
My garden and I live in South Wales.

We've had rain overnight, not forecast but OH left the cushions out on the terrace chairs......

Grumpy lodger this morning.   Eating well but growling and he's pinched Bonzo's oinky piggy for his basket.   "There may be trouble ahead" as Irving Berlin would say.

Pics please if you go to Rosemoor Hosta.   Enjoy your night out Chicky.

Hubby was brought up by his Father (his Mum walked out leaving Hubby, 7, 6 year old brother,8 year old sister, waited till they were at school, went off with the lodger!) I have DeQuervains disease, and arthritus hands, fingers, wrists, splinted, cant iron or sew on buttons.  Their Late Father didnt teach anyone of them to do the basics. Luckily, I have a washing machine with steam features, in fact just put in thick cotton shorts, and t shirts to de-crease.  Hubby did have a go at ironing, couldnt even get the item to stay on the ironing board, all fingers and thumbs (yeah, LUCKY HIM I wish I was!!!)Rory Stewart, Ithought his was sitting there fidgeting like a petulent school boy.

fidgetbones, I went to see a cousin a few weeks ago, they have a fridge/freezer in a greenhouse!! I said you cant put it in there, the day I went was just about warm, the greenhouse, well, you know! and obviouisly, the oposite in winter.  She said there was no-where else to put it, but they have a kitchen diner, and have recently removed the island thing, dont think she was terribly pleased with me, I just came out with it, mind you she herself is extremely rude to the point of nasty, but ironic that

At least RS had his feet on the ground ... the rest of them looked like a load of used car salesmen on bar stools ... or as someone’s just said, an aging boy band 🙄
The problem with RS is that he wants to change the Tory party and they don’t want to be changed. I’m also not sure how he would manage ‘a team’ ... I’ve a feeling he’s a bit of a lone wolf and would try to do everything himself ... whereas Boris would have no idea  at all about what the rest of the cabinet were doing ... let alone what he was supposed to do 🙄 or even who he’s supposed to be talking to 🙄

The whole spectacle was particularly unedifying ... is that really the best they’ve got?
