I think Rory was less evil than the others, he at least was honest and said if they were going to improve social care and the NHS then cutting taxes wouldn't help to pay for it. He seemed a bit the odd man out, maybe he should be with the Lib Dems.

We are only about 30 mins from Dove and the heavy air made me too hot in bed then the rain woke me then the thunder woke me. Then the noise of OH falling down the stairs woke me. He'd gone to the loo without turning on a light and forgot where the bedroom was. Luckily only bruises, nothing broken.

So that’s what the loudest crash bang wallop was!?!?!?!

Hope he’s ok ... what about his sore leg?

I agree re RS. He does seem much more honest - we're not very used to seeing that any more. But, I can't help wondering what we're forgiving him for just because he seems like the best option! Must take a look at theyworkforyou.

Oh dear re your OH :(. Glad he's OK, but that can really shake you up.

Methinks the baby sparrowhawks will be well fed on collared dove this evening.

My OH went into town this morning and bought me back an unexpected present, beautifully wrapped in tissue paper ………… a potato masher!

Gotta love a good potato masher 🍽  ... but it’s the season for new potatoes so it was probably on Special Offer 😉

Now it’s time to snuggle under the duvet ... night night all ... sweet dreams 🛌 😴 🐑

OH has a big bruise on his back, but is OK. We went to Wilko and bought a nightlight or the landing. Also went to a GC as I need a large Hosta or a shady corner, but the heavens opened as I was looking so didn't buy one.
