Well done Lily P and Tally.

I really feel for you Nanny Beach. I now have arthritis in my fingers and after all the weeding that needs doing at this time of year they are very sore. Fingers are going lumpy and one is very swollen, hard to find gardening gloves with fat enough fingers.

@Busy-Lizzie have you tried turmeric tablets?  I know several people who’ve found it very helpful.

Yes, did nothing. Also tried glucosamine. Was taking both for months, gave up.

Yeah ... glucosamine didn’t help my joint either. If may have been a coincidence but my knees and shoulders seemed worse when I took it 🙄 works for others tho ☹️

    Hey everyone.
    Talla looks superb there.
Oh - haven’t done homemade bread for ages! I used to do Ciabatta, which was delicious plus you had soft hands afterwards from kneeding with the olive oil.

Glad you and Talla are feeling a bit more chipper, LP. Take it easy  :)
Got out up to Corse Hill at Whitelee this afternoon. Not much of a hill, so very simple, but I enjoyed it very much.

Across Glasgow to Ben Lomond, from the biggest windfarm in Europe

Just a tiny fraction of it - it goes for miles

Apparently you have to be careful in winter because of the lumps of ice that drop off the blades  :D

I do too chicky. They're very impressive when you're right up beside them, and although the blades are a fair old height above you,  it's still hard to resist ducking when you go past  :D

I saw a very flat hedgehog in the road earlier :(. Not the kind of hedgehog watching I want to do.

Just eaten a big veggie curry (we eat late as OH gets home at 10.45 most nights) as a commemoration of the first meal he cooked me 27 years ago. He's having a slice of apple cake now - his favourite. I hate cooked apple, though I enjoy making the cake.

A quick episode of Repair Shop then bed :).
