What will you do with it when you've got it?

Been to granddaughters' and DIL's dance show yesterday evening, again this afternoon, it was good, enjoyed the children but second half was mostly the adults at the dance school, have to say - a mixed bunch. Whole thing went on for nearly 4 hours. Afterwards we went for drinks and nibbles at son's friends in the village but it turned into a BBQ and fizzy wine. I am definitely the worse for wear, but they are so nice and it was fun. Lovely evning, weather too, bedtimle.

Can’t see Jupiter ... too cloudy ☹️ could hear mousy hedgehogs crunching their biscuits 🦔 Have a glass of water before you go to bed @Busy-Lizzie Night night all 😴

Not ‘mousy’ hedgehogs ... noisy hedgehogs 🙄

Good morning all  :) I’m wide awake ... I’ll have a warm drink and see if I can get back to sleep again ...

Listening to sounds from outside ... late NDN’s daughter is getting his house ready to put on the market ... she’s out there clipping the big evergreen that’s always been kept as a tight dome ... the gentle rhythmic sounds of the shears at a quarter past six in the morning ... lovely 😊

Morning all/afties Pat - hope it's been a decent day for you both
Lovely here so I'm making the most of it and heading to Crainlarich for a hill. I suppose I should have got up earlier to beat the traffic, but there's adequate time to do what I want to do.
Just as well she's using shears Dove- and not a great big hedgetrimmer!
Should we whisper -  Busy Lizzie's turn to be a dirty stop out  ;)

Hope you’ve had plenty of coffee ☕️  @Busy-Lizzie ... have a good journey home 😊

    Enjoy the hills @Fairygirl 😊

Still waiting for the rain to start ... OH has gone out unbidden to fill the bird feeders ... he said that otherwise I might ask him to do it when it’s sodden out there ... as if 🙄 😉

Good morning.   Sunny here at the mo but lots of clouds circling around and looking heavy and wet tho no rain forecast here.  Rose planting for me and, if OH gets his act together in the potager, some salad plugs once I have the space.

Have a good trip BL.   Don't forget the pitstops.   Enjoy your hill FG.

Evening all... you must all have been busy bees today?
Week off work here, but rain forecast for most of it so bit miffed about that. I suppose that at least you relish the fine whether when it does appear then.

That's a shame AuntyR. Sod's law. Were you needing rain though?
It's been a good day here, and pretty fine on the hill with most of the rain on other hills, and just a prolonged spell heading back to the car. It made for some great skies though.
Poor old Ben More was getting a fair share for quite a while

    Great to be out

Hope BL got home ok  :)
