Chilly and cloudy here, need to get rest of planting done as rain is forecast for the foreseeable.  They’re sure of a good watering in here. 🌨🌨

We're aiming to pressure wash the terrace and move the agapanthus there before tomorrow's forecast rain.

Lots of jobs to do, don’t worry, it won’t be the last day of rain.  We rush around now getting prepared for rain, reminds me of years ago when we got the first day of hot sunshine, everything had to be washed and on the line, curtains down, beds changed, wardrobes sorted, now the rain take precedence, must make sure the water butts are not blocked.  Can I find some more containers 😀

I hope we DO get rain tomorrow. We've had virtually none for several weeks

Good morning.  Sunny here but still cool.  OH and his siblings are off out for walkies with the dogs.   Senior SIL and I are off to a plant shop.   Beach walk after lunch.

Enjoy Malvern those who are going.  There will be clematis BL!!

I started pressure washing ourterrace the other day, ready for the pots of hosta, fuchsias and Japanese maples but then it started raining.  Don't like rain dripping down my neck.   We've had a frost too so just as well everybody's still tucked up in the PT.

Hugs to those who need them.  Would seeds be a viable option Islander?

    Hello all.

Sorry you are having a bad day islander.

NDNs came for coffee and cake. She gave me a lovely golden Heuchera. They are nice and she's a keen gardener, has worked in garden centres when she was younger.

Chicky, we will be at the show on Thursday. Going with friends who we met because of this forum years ago. Anyone remember Matty?

I remember Matty well, how is she? We have had to put our tickets on the resale list for Friday. Just too much for me just now. So if you have had no luck there’s 2 on today!

I'm so relieved tonight. Had an echocardiogram earlier and have been told I don't have a heart condition after all. Got to carry on losing weight and keep exercising - so more gardening after all.
