Just read it too, here in the south we enjoyed the repeats on BBC2 on a Sunday I don't want to go on social media for hints about growing in Scotland I am not there it's irrelevant to me, but we loved the programme.
I don't know what the viewing figures for BBC Scotland are but I would have thought that getting rid of a popular programme like Beechgrove Garden can only lead to less viewers for the channel. In fact I have just looked at the schedules and it appears that 50% of the programmes can be seen on regular BBC so why scrap a programme made in Scotland to show generic BBC programmes, what is the point of BBC Scotland if they don't favour Scottish made programmes?
I don't know what the point of BBC Scotland is. Their dismissive tone on how people can just use Social Media really annoys me. This is a well loved programme being destroyed by bean counters who don't care about the viewers. I have signed.
