I love that sexy Rexy @Hazyb, I know a sexy Rexy too...... the Poets Wife looks like my kind of rose @Marlorena.
This rose is in it's first few months in our garden, just two flowers as I nipped the other buds off before they could bloom. Two totally different looking flowers on one bush called China Town.
@Marlorena I hope you had a nice holiday and that your garden was OK when you returned.
If you have a moment, can I have your opinion on this rose?
It is one of my noIDs and I think it has to be an Austin. I think it is The Lady Gardener. I noticed you uploaded some photos of The Lady Gardener to HMF so I guess you either have or had this rose. Could you tell me if I am right of it is something else?
It can be a colour changer, mostly apricot with lighter (white) outer petals, fading to white or light pink, sometimes it has more pink in it and sometimes more or less yellow centres, buds can be dark pink or light pink or apricot mixed with yellow. It's a balanced shrub, approx. 4'x4'. Light to medium green foliage, very prone to blackspot. Medium tea fragrance.
And last year, cold weather autumn blooms, more pink.
@edhelka … very likely I would say but so many Austins are so very similar, however I'd like you to take a look at a discontinued Austin called 'Evelyn'.. still available elsewhere and was popular for 20 years here before they stopped it when the patent ran out.. I didn't get the pink some mention with The LG, and it had a more apricot, almost orangey centre especially when the bloom opens... the foliage on both looks very similar...
..here's Evelyn on HMF... I prefer to seek out growers near me rather than those from warmer climate or far off... anonymous in Belgium would be the best one to compare.. ..this one of theirs is almost identical to your 2nd picture.. it's a very changeable rose too.., more prone to blackspot... it's one or t'other, I would say... https://www.helpmefind.com/rose/l.php?l=21.164121
...p.s. oh thank you, yes good holiday, and a bit over grown when I returned...
Thank you. I agree that they are both very similar roses, Evelyn would be my second guess. But I think it is maybe too full, or at least it looks fuller than The Lady Gardener. I am not getting as deeply coloured blooms as yours but I also never get blooms as full and as pink as some of the Evelyn's photos on HMF. Hard to be sure though.
Hubby managed to save my standard Rood rose, by adding large stake. I made him paint it black as it stuck out like a sore thumb at first, but it's working. Good job as its blowing a gale here this morning. Its looks a bit battered but the autumn trim will hopefully sort that out.
Well @Marlorena you’re a bad influence! I went out and bought my first self bought rose Saturday! We’re going for pinks, purple, blue and white in the garden so I went with a Olivia Rose Austin! I think you’ve given me the rose bug! I just love the fragrance of the roses when we go round the garden centres! So I think I’ve found the base or theme of our garden to be! Highly fragrant mainly rose based cottage garden!
We’re going to need a lot of roses, is it ok to take a few cuttings after this season or should I leave it establish a little more first??
@robbie2red they probably been grafted onto root stock and probably won't have so strong growth if they're cuttings, but you can try and see how they develop. I'd wait until they're established before doing it, maybe next year.

Sexy Rexy is supposed to have a slight scent but I don't detect anything.

...this one reminds me of your 3rd photo... lighter, touches of pink.. and similar growth pattern...
conclusion... probably The Lady Gardener.... possibly Evelyn but this rose is noted for a stronger scent...
‘Crown Princess Margareta’, this little cluster was out of sight so decided to cut it for indoors:
