..thanks... no, Beales no long sell it unfortunately... which I realise is probably a bit pointless me putting up some of these hard to get roses... I got mine as an own root from France... it's taken 4 years of patience to get it that height... grafted roses are usually much quicker.. but I couldn't be without it...
Well I came back after a couple of days away and found these:

Lady of Shallott
Gruss an Tepliz - this is a small, floppy bush at the moment and the thin stems can’t support the weight of the flowers, but very pretty, including the underside

@Marlorena, do you by chance have any photos of your Gruss an Tepliz you could post? My 30cm high very floppy and fragile bush has clearly got a way to go before it covers the 4 metre wall its planted against. I would be interested to see a mature rose looks... Thanks.

..yes I do.... it does need support, I had it tied back to this wall.. some of the blooms do have a weak neck, but on a taller plant it's ok because they look down at you..
@Marlorena thanks very much for the photos, that looks lovely and its good to see it bigger. My blooms are just flopping on the soil at the moment. My first wire is at about a metre, I think I need to put a lower one in!
