    Hi all.
The rain has finally stopped and it is sunny, need to get busy, lots to do before we go away for a week.
We will have been married for 25 years on Tuesday, feels like a really special event.

    Morning all.

Advance congratulations punkdoc. Any special restaurants?

Wind has dropped, not raining. Very wet and windy yesterday, but garden needed the rain.

Will buy more paint for the kitchen today, maybe a kitchen tap too. The hot tap doesn't work any more, just spins round. May need a plumber. OH has changed taps before but this one is very old and doesn't look familiar underneath.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

No special restaurants at the moment BL, spent all my money on designing a piece of jewelry for her. At the moment all she will get to see is a picture of it, as it is not finished.
She may have a surprise for me?

Congrats to Mr and Mrs Pdoc for Tuesday.....a really special event 🍾🥂.

Sorry to hear Harrogate was a bit of a washout - nightmare for all those people who have worked so hard to get it ready.  Although sounds like you had a good time anyway Liri 😀

Day trip to Bham today to return littlest Chicklet 🐣 to Uni.  Sad times ☹️😢

Congratulations @punkdoc and Moira. We've got a couple more years before we celebrate the same.
It's 'Drive-It' Day for old cars so we are hoping (weather permitting) to take our 1938 Austin Cambridge down to a NGS Open Garden event near Weston-Super-Mare - Yeo Valley Organic Farm (of yoghurt fame). Tea and cakes await and the diet will be temporarily suspended!

Evening all - hope you have had a decent Sunday.
Just plonking down to digest my roasted root veg and sausage tea (before Line Of Duty).
Done a few bits and bins in garden today but also been writing a presentation for my upcoming interview. I’ve written the content but now need to create a cool power-point with it all! Some of the best lectures and presentations I have been too, used just a few slides with quotes, pictures and smart visuals to illustrate what they are saying - rather than pages of text ‘death by power-point’. Not sure my I.T is up to scratch but will give it a go!

My Daffs have all gone now @Lizzie27 - hope your day out was good fun.
Quite times for you now again @chicky - hope the drop-off went ok.
    Happy Anniversary ‘week’ Punkdoc.
    Have you finished kitchen @Busy-Lizzie?
Hope your shift was ok Hosta.
I fancy the Harrogate Show one year as it’s on my wish list to take my neiece to where I used to live (when I was aged 1)  - long journey for me, so will save for the train.
    Hope everyone else doing ok.
My garden and I live in South Wales.
