    Ok, I am turning into grumpy old woman.
    Didn't realise the true significance of the phrase 'snowflake generation' until I happened on this in a local paper. Council has stopped cutting the grass in a playing field - budget cuts although obviously still cutting football pitches, grass verges, OAPs grass etc. Fine and dandy, they must use their budget sensibly. Parents are now complaining the long grass will stop their kids playing in it!!!!  I hang my head in amazement!!

    It's probably more the amount of dog turds and litter hidden in the grass that's putting them off.

    It offsets the costs to the agri business giants of clearing all that forest to grow soya and graze cattle for the burger chains.
