    I do wonder if they have a 'revenge' list next to the 'suckers' list. If you're rude to them or waste their time do you go onto the revenge list and get signed up to more time wasting calls?
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
