Just called and said I'll do the extra Sunday and manager said " why don't you do Thursdays for a month or so and if you want to keep it, or drop it, make the choice then"

    Good decision Hosta.

I have been firkling in the "cave" looking for things upon which I can safely lean bits of radiator cover.  It is an unholy mess and needs a jolly good sort out and not on a rainy day as we'll have to empty it.   Hmmm.....

Not much further on with things to lean on tho.  Maybe the party barn will yield something.

    Hubby has just called
" I'm heading for home now , but I'm going via Wisley's plant centre. I'll call you when I'm to see if there's anything you want"
" IF " lol, is he mad? Can anyone imagine I'm going to say " Nah, nothing tickles my fancy, just leave now" ?

He's come home with 2 Cordyline Australis. A plant for which I have a particular dislike.
Was it really mean of me to tell him so? Probably..

Evening. Eek re the Cordylines - I’m sure you can find a spot for them though.
    Hope everyone doing ok.
I feel bad saying I’m chilly after a sunny day, but heating and cooking going on now to warm it up a bit. Fridge is a bit bare tonight, so maybe omelettes.
