Morning everyone. I haven’t caught up yet, but will try to get time this evening.

We are off to Canberra tomorrow to meet Hubbie’s Oncologist for the first time. Not really expecting very much news, but hopefully he’ll be easy to talk to.  We won’t get home until late, so might be worn out by then.

    Catch up later.

    Morning all, hello Pat 😊
    That's a bonus Lyn! 😀
Very kind Hosta and hubby 😀
Bad nights sleep, hubby depressed, back at work but not totally well yet, and due to low mood, in stubborn mode!
Best of luck to Moria Pdoc 😊
Off to work in a bit, gloomy day here!
Have a nice day all 😊

Oh Wonky.  Frustrating for you.  Try feeding him happy food - https://www.bbc.com/food/diets/good_mood_food?fbclid=IwAR2n6TdEmE_Z6nskQjTeWQFSu7MnmdYrnvjaXDZuJ6FzOC2jXsceG1nfODc

Sunny here but cold tho not bitter like yesterday as the wind has swung round to the north west.   Raspberry wall for me then radiator covers and then, maybe, some onion sets to plant.

Hope it goes well for you and OH Pat.    Have a good day everyone.

Gorgeous day here too but the nights/early mornings are freezing, temps of 1/2c in the early hours and no change until about the 5th April.

@WonkyWomble. Tell him I’ll feed him roast chicken and goosegogs at the weekend ... does he want goosegogs pie or crumble or ...? He can choose as he’s the biggest goosegog fan 😉

We went to the SM, Leclerc, this morning, loads of washing is hanging on the line. I change the sheets and towels before leaving.

I'm feeling pleased with the housesitter. The half of the veg garden behind the GH that has been lying fallow for the last few years, too much work, was a terrible mess, jungle of weeds and uncleared dead weeds. Also raspberries on a take over bid. The HS has cut it all down and cleared it away and pruned all the raspberries. I'll spray the rest of the low growing weeds that he didn't have time to hoe then cover it all with anti weed fabric.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Sounds like  gem BL!   Busy you too.

I have given up painting after getting cabin fever as well as being pissed off with raspberry which, despite being as thick as a clay face mask is going to need 3 coats.   Went outside in the sunshine and planted the first 2 roses in the new "coffee terrace" garden.  Malvern Hills on the taller, northern mesh fence and Lady of the Lake on the southern one.   Many more to follow but have to go thru my list again and see which of the taller roses can go at the back of the bed that joins them and also which clems to plant with them.

Can't plant the shorter ones till OH lays th eterrace and before that he has to watch all 3 Geoff H DVDs to make sure he does it right.

Green or purple goosegogs Dove?  The green ones taste and feel funny in my mouth but I have recently discovered the purple ones make fabulous jam and crumbles.
