Did see the moon when I went to close up the conservatory at 11pm, it was visible for a couple of minutes before the clouds returned. Good job I saw it, as it will be 12 years before another one! Was still awake at 1.30am, trouble is if I try to get up I disturb the hubby, and he is up at 5am, so try to just do with cat naps.
I AM a bit frantic today. 🌕=🤪 One bit of good news is that the guys are coming to prune the hedges and other jobs Saturday. I have to replace my mattress, the old ones are 18 years' old. They cost a fortune then, but boy they lasted. I need a sprung mattress to help with turning from side to side because of back pain. None of that memory foam for me. So went to a couple of shops this morning. There are 2 possible candidates but not convinced 100 percent. A trip to IKEA is necessary before I cough up 600 euros for one mattress. Already spent 100 on a pillow in the shape of a butterfly, will report tomorrow morning after a night's "sleep". I have almost finished painting the peony supports that I bought in England. Hope all is good with you
I know it's not that late (early), but I'm in bed, have snoozed, but woken again. Tired, and wishing this head of mine would be able to just settle. Worrying about whether or not our move will actually happen is driving me nuts. Why can't the process be simple? Like buying a newspaper? Or garden plants?
Some, @purplerallim It's rare that I get none. But I feel I haven't had enough sleep for years - certainly not in the last 12 years!! That's how long I've been off work.
I keep telling the doctors that IF they could find a way of reducing my sleeplessness, then I'd have fewer seizures, and then be able to return to work. They have said that if they reduce the number of seizures, then my sleep will improve.
It's a chicken and egg situation!! Neither party has been successful yet - except my GP tried me on sleeping tablets for a couple of weeks (max). Sleep improved, seizures reduced. But only for those couple of weeks. What bliss it was.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

Wouldn't mind but I have a full day of cooking/baking today.
Broken sleep is so draining.
