    Ok. it's an insert in The Times if you want to get your own. Haven't got round to reading the news yet. This is much more interesting.

    it's too blurry to read, but how much weight do you lose wearing the insoles? If I insert 2 pairs, do I lose it A: twice as quickly, or B: twice as much?

    It just says twice as much as dieting or pills.accupressure acts specifically on organs that are responsible for absorption of calories.

    Well, I suppose most folk ( but not all ) don't lose much weight dieting or taking pills, so maybe they're right?

    You could try a stone in your shoe instead... cheaper, and guaranteed to produce the same effect...

    A colleague told me his daughter works in a Waitrose in midlands. A guy came in and asked where the young man was who was on the kiosk the previous day.
    "He's on this afternoon" 
    The customer came back in later spoke to the "young man" 
    " You sold me a scratch card yesterday and I've won £1m and I'd like to give you £10,000"

     :o  well that’s very nice for the ‘young man’ but it defies any sort of logic at all 😐 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
