Beautiful vibrant colours @Picidae, I love the cosmos mixture and didiscus is on my seed list for next year, such a lovely colour and form. I'd never heard of them before you posted pictures of yours, are they easy from seed?
  • Lovely pictures @Picidae love the cosmos! Any tips on using them?? Newbie here! Lol. By that I mean is it true they're only a short living perennial? What do you recommend planting with them and around them??

Also what are the plants in the 3rd and 4th pictures please??

Thank you for any help and for the lovely pictures!

    Thank you everyone.

Robbie, picture 3 has Lythrum Dropmore Purple and a couple of phloxes. Tomorrow I’ll take a look and see if I can find labels.

Picture 4 is dominated by Lavatera Baby Barnsley. Also there is Geranium Rozanne peaking in on the left, some Cosmos bipinnatus behind and petunia Blue Denim in the chimney pot. The same variety of petunia is seen in pictures 7 and 8.

    Begonia ‘Glowing Embers’

    Rosa ‘Bonica’

A hardy agapanthus bought as ‘Skyrocket’ but it obviously isn’t ... any ideas anyone?
