Evening. Hard day in work so cuppa now before I can even think about tea.
Hope Moira doing ok and being a model patient! Congratulations Fairy - what a fab feeling it must be. Hope everyone else ok.

My garden and I live in South Wales.

    She's home.
Basically been told not to do anything for 3-4 days, then gentle exercise, no driving for 2 weeks.
It is remarkable really, during most of my medical career cholecystectomy was considered a major procedure, involving at least a 10 day hospital stay. Now if things go well, it is done via key hole surgery and if you are reasonably fit, can go home the same day.

Well yes Pdoc!  Lots of stuff is keyhole and send 'em home these days.  So much better than being stuck in wards where they wake you up at crack of dawn and things go beep all night and flipping sirens keep you awake.

Least restful places on the planet outside of a war zone and Intensive Care is even worse!.

Both of which are where I spent my career @Obelixx
No wonder I am a bit odd :)

Pat, hope your ok, been thinking of you when I read about twenty horses dying due to the heat in one day and a serious issue with a species of bat I hear also... Please take care xx
Best wishes to everyone, missed being able to keep up with you so but hope to be able to a bit more from now on.
