People like that need to be struck off delivery lists Hosta. If his house is difficult he, or she, should note that on their order, assuming the system allows for it. I know ours can be hard to find because we used to be a "lieu-dit" and are now a road and not all satnavs have that updated info, including our own. Only had problems with one delivery service whose driver doesn't know what phones are for.

I called store to say I wanted to abort the delivery and was told to deliver it, and they'd phone and say they'd not have any more. " Thank for the support, I appreciate it"
Got back to store, Head office have logged the incident, " if there are any more problems with this customer get back to us " So much for support and the " zero tolerance policy towards abuse"????
I bet he'd have been straight on the phone to complain if you'd replied "No, l'm not havin' a f'***ing laugh, l can't find your f***ing address, l've got better things to do than drive around trying to f***ing find it. You can stick your f***ing order where the sun don't shine mate. I'm going f***ing home " People like that use the f word so much, they don't even realise they're doing it. Then when they hear someone else doing it, they get all offended!

I couldn't be a delivery driver, half the houses I visit don't bother putting a number on the front and those that do have one that's so small you can't read it from the street. Do you want your deliveries or not? and don't get me started on the ones that have a name. Going up a street: 1, 3, 5, 7, 'Chez fancypants', 11...
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
