That sounds extreme Pansy .How many times have you moved ?
  • Hi everyone,
Nearly the end of week four.   OH had a couple of bad days but seems to be better today. Another trip to the hospital this afternoon for his radiotherapy and seeing the specialist and dietician too.
I still need to get a few pressies and I'm just not in the mood. Little ones are done and I think I'll just get vouchers or give cheques. I'm too tired and I haven't got the time.
Hope all poorly peeps with coughs and colds get well soon. Take care and stay warm, lots of love to you all x

Went out to post C... cards and the sun came out so I took the car up country for a change of scene.
Back to the grind now to get some tidying up done.

    I hope F'edge has a loose waistband......

Hazel, I did wonder why you were saying "good morning"!

I agree that you and SGL should forget about all the usual razzmatazz of Christmas and relax as much as possible.

Pizzas into the freezer.  The mince tart can be shared if you can't work your way through it!

Afternoon...back from the feast and as my Dad used to say TTT (tummy touching table).
Our weekly walkers joined up with the next villages weekly walkers for the meal.  I was surprised how many were vegetarian.  And no, we are not going for a walk this afternoon to make room for the next meal.
Runners.  What a strange question to ask a possible new client.  Glad you are pleased with the valuation.
SGL.  Well done to your OH and yourself - keep it going and don't bother too much about Xmas - it's only one day (although you would hardly think so with all the fuss and bother).
Pansy.  Waiting for the next installment of the road saga and how it develops.

Pansy, my OH was like Mr. M.  Jars of screws, nuts, washers, tacks etc etc. Very few ever came in handy.
I couldn't be doing with moving house every ten years though.

    Super cartoon M-U :)

I am afraid it’s me who does the hoarding in our house. I never throw anything away if it could be remotely useful . I take after my gran , she never came back home from a walk without something she had picked up that could come in useful. It could be kindling or a screw that she had found in the road or rubber bands that had been left lying around . In those days I don’t think that people thought about germs  like we do today.
