Good morning all and welcome to October. Just had a cuppa outside, it’s a clear and sunny morning and the trees are turning lovely colours.
For those of you with hospital trips - take care and I hope it’s not too stressful.

Are you feeling ok otherwise LP?
Just noticed - the programme about ocean plastic is on tonight at 8.30. Should be interesting, although probably quite horrific.
I took a few pix yesterday, through the window, when a goldie and little young robin were at the feeders. Both of them sat for a while just doing nowt, as if ignoring each other, and it made me laugh.

Good morning.  Just stopped for coffee between cleaning windows and washing floors.

Fingers crossed Pdoc and LP.  Hope things go better than you're expecting.   OH and I have flu jab invitations but need to go and get the prescriptions first.   Sort of think the invitation should suffice for the pharmacy but that's not the system.

Great photos Chicky and FG.   Must remember to put out extra feeders for ours cos they're visiting in greater numbers again after their summer break.

I have the option of having my jab at the local Boots pharmacy or at the GP practice.  I’ve chosen Boots and because they manage my repeat prescriptions they know my age etc and can liaise with my GP. All seems very straightforward. Just going there now .....

Well, I'm back ... having had my jab against three types of 'flu ... a very nice young pharmacist was very  efficient and proficient ... I've also done a load of shopping so we won't starve for the next few days at least  :)
