Don't watch if you're having lunch. This is truly vomit inducing.

I'm sure some "spin doctor" said " You do a little jig Mrs Mayhem, that'll make everyone forget that half your colleagues are plotting against you and that virtually everyone thinks you're making a complete hash of Brexit negotiations. "

Couldn't believe it when I saw it on the news.  Why is she wearing a jacket which is longer on one side? It looked as though it hadn't been buttoned properly.
BTW I know I shouldn't be critical of what she was wearing but......

Is it hanging too far to the right?  ;)

  • The sooner the lady leaves the better me thinks.
Not sure who or what will replace her but she has totally lost the plot.

I agree wholeheartedly with the above.

Clearly she has lost all vestiges of dignity and desperation has set in.

Haven't seen any of it yet.  Been out all day but I do know she likes asymmetrical jackets and tops.   Someone has sent me a link to this which is good fun but kind of depressing too - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RK4zQ4ZhEkU&feature=youtu.be

Ignoring politics then, we had a lovely day with a sunny drive to Les Sables, a successful raid on the market in that I got clams to make spaghetti vongole and found normal fresh chicken livers on one of the farmers' stalls.  Can't get them in supermarkets here for some reason.  Next a coffee overlooking the esplanade and sea then a stroll and a ferry across to the other side of the harbour, good lunch by the yacht basin and more walkies around pedestrian bits including "mosaic alley" which is fun.  Lastly a raid on the SM for some wine and Tonic and home.

FG - that Hogwarts looks very sturdy and comfy.  I hope you get tenants.  Love the birdy pics Hosta.  We have a bird bath but nobody uses it.

Pat - we are on Celebrity Masterchef here but OH and I are a week or so behind on events so no spoilers please Flumpy.

Must go and see about some garlic and chilies for these clams.

<3 My lovely Under Gardener has:
    taken down the runners
    taken down all the tomatoes
sorted, bundled and put away all the canes
    taken up the courgette plants
pulled up all the sweet corn plants
staked and tied all the purple sprouting broccoli
weeded and forkedover all the veg patch (3 parsley plants have disappeared but I’m saying nothing)
and netted the pond and washed up the supper things
